Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
Since we sell digital e-books, all sales are final to prevent unauthorized distribution. However, we understand that technical issues can occur. If you are experiencing a problem with your e-book or believe there is a valid reason for a refund, please contact us via email at waterypf@163.com before requesting a refund through your payment provider. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within the 30-day window. We may ask for information to verify your purchase and understand the problem. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically granted for legitimate technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the e-book.

  • Downloadable software products (other than our e-books)
  • Some health and personal care items
    Refunds
    Once we receive and approve your request via email, we will notify you that your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
    Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale Items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
    Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (e.g., a corrupted download file). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at waterypf@163.com, and we will provide a new download link.
    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
